GUEST UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SELF PARKING OPTION IS OFFERED AS A CONVENIENCE TO GUEST BY AN UNAFFILIATED THIRD-PARTY VENDOR.  GUEST ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE LOT AND FURTHER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD /HOTEL HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, CLAIM OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF GUEST’S USE OF ANY LOT OPERATED BY A THIRD-PARTY VENDOR.  IN NO EVENT SHALL HOTEL’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PARKING FEE.   IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR AT A SPECIFIC TIME, THE CAR MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT AT 12:00 NOON ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE OTHERWISE A BOOT FEE WILL BE ACCESSED OF $150 .

FURTHER GUEST AND ALL PERSONS STAYING WITH GUEST HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS IN THE LAST SEVEN (7) DAYS:  
COUGH, SORE THROAT, SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, 
CHILLS/REPEATED SHAKING WITH CHILLS, DIARRHEA, MUSCLE PAIN, FEELING FEVERISH, HEADACHE, FEVER OF 100.0 DEGREES OR HIGHER, KNOWN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A PERSON WHO IS LAB CONFIRMED TO HAVE COVID-19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.  
GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT VIOLATING PUBLISHED GUIDELINES OR RULES IMPOSED BY THE HOTEL WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
